These teachers are so lucky to get the first hand experience, learning from the educators from Margaret River Senior High School, Western Australia. As a part of Lighthouse School Program (LSP) in Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera, 4 teachers and 8 students will spend a week as a part of the school. Teachers will spend most of their time with the school management team, learning the most effective ways to manage a school. Hopefully this will give more ideas to develop their schools in Musi Banyuasin.
