School Development Outreach (PSF SDO) is an educational service provider that is part of Putera Sampoerna Foundation. PSF SDO is dedicated to increasing the quality of schools and educators in Indonesia, as a major part of "Pathway to Leadership" strategy. This strategy encapsulates our way to produce future leaders of Indonesia, who possess social awareness and global competencies. Supported by experienced professionals in the field of education, PSF SDO runs a series of comprehensive and flexible programs to increase teachers’ competencies, development of students’ character, transparent school governance, and to build proactive school community.
Some of the comprehensive programs currently developed to address specific needs are: School Development Program, to increase the quality of services at school, Professional Development Program, to increase professionalism of teacher and/or of school management team, Education Support Program, to increase the quality of educational support, and finally Education Assessment and Consultancy.
More than 22 thousand teachers, principals, and supervisors have involved in training arranged by PSF SDO, and have contributed to improvement of education quality in 568 schools, 25 madrasas, and 6 Teacher Learning Centre throughout Indonesia.
Addressing diverse challenges in the field of education and human capital by developing partnership with private sector, government and community to achieve quality education, and to produce future leaders of Indonesia who are capable to compete globally.
